Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for this facility. Flint Township Final Approval for the hood was achieved on 6/6/23. The fire suppression system has been installed and is operational. The deteriorating gaskets for the walk in freezer have been ordered. Only two violation from the construction inspection have not been corrected to date. Correct the remaining violations as noted in this narrative. Provide a covered waste receptacle for the employee rest room. Repair the rest room ventilation (non-operational today). You are approved to operate as the NEW owners of this food service establishment.
