Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Raw ground beef patties were found stored next to tuna and chicken salad in the cold top reach-in cooler. Raw hamburger patties were found stored next to milk in the Coke rach-in cooler.
To prevent cross contamination, store raw meats below and away from prepared food items.
Action Taken: Raw meat was moved to the proper location.

4-501.11 / GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION
