Comments

The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was very clean and organized. All food was from an approved source. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during the inspection. Proper personal hygiene practices were observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer.
