The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was clean and organized. All food was from an approved source. All foods were holding within the safety zone during time of inspection. Proper date marking was observed. Proper use of time as a public health control was observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer. Violation 6-101.11 has been corrected since the previous inspection. No violations were cited and no follow up is necessary at this time.
