Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. There are plans to remodel the kitchen. Remember to pull the necessary permits from your local municipality (plumbing, mechanical, or electrical). You must also submit a remodel application with the remodel fee prior to any construction taking place. Only one core violation was cited today. Correct the violation as noted in this report. Regarding previously cited violations: 4-501.11 The cooler has been repaired as required.
