Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. Notes: Repair the True Reach in cooler that is maintaining 50 degrees. No potentially hazardous foods were found stored in this unit. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. The violation cited on the previous routine inspection has been corrected as required. The violation cited today was discussed with the PIC. Correct the violation as noted in this report.
