Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed slicer located in the back of house with food debris. Last use is unknown per PIC. Slicer is used only twice a week to slice meat per PIC.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize noted item every 4 hours or after every use.
Action Taken: PIC washed, rinsed, and sanitized noted item.

4-903.11 (A), (C) / EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, LINENS, AND SINGLE-SERVICE AND SINGLE USE ARTICLES
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed several bags of to-go containers stored directly on the floor in the catering kitchen.
Store noted items in a clean, dry location a minimum of 6-inches off the floor.
Action Taken: Noted items were relocated at least 6 inches off the floor.

5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsink being used for storing a bucket of sanitizer water during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: PIC removed noted item from handsink.
