The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during todays inspection, there were no hot holding temperatures to observe at time of inspection. Observed proper handwashing and glove use. Person in charge is very knowledgeable about safe food handling procedures. Previous core violation 5-205.15(B) has been corrected since last routine inspection.
