Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection An employee portioning salad dressings into solo sauce cups with fingernail polish on without any barrier for their hands. The employee was getting dressing on their hands.
The employee was instructed to wear gloves during food preparation because of the fingernail polish and use a utensil for dispensing the salad dressing.

A remodel has taken place at this food service establishment. The adjacent property has been vacated so they added additional seating, bathrooms, and a dry goods storage room has been added. There were no changes to the bar or kitchen. The violations cited were discussed with the person in charge. Correct the violations as noted in the report. A follow up inspection is scheduled for April 10, 2013.
