Comments

The purpose of today's visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was very clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. All TCS foods were holding within the safety zone during inspection. Proper hand washing, glove use while handling RTE foods, and hair restraints were observed. Proper date marking was observed.
