The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is extremely clean and well organized.
Manager was extremely knowledgeable about safe food handling procedures.
All foods are heated to a minimum internal temperature of 165 before being hot held.
All utensils are replaced with every new batch of food being prepared for hot holding.
Liquid eggs are ultra pasteurized.
All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection.
Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used.
All food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination.

There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
