Priority Foundation Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection **Repeat x2** Observed two mugs soiled with debris stored with the other clean mugs that were ready for use. Mugs were not properly washed.
Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Wash mugs thoroughly to prevent debris from sticking to them.
Action Taken: Staff removed mugs and took them to dish area to be cleaned thoroughly.

Comments
The food facility was clean and organized. Facility now keeps temperature logs of all cold holding equipment and tracks temperatures every four hours. Observed staff using proper hand washing, hair restraints, and gloves. All cold holding temperatures were observed in the safety zone.
