The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Observed proper handwashing and glove use. All hot/cold holding temperature were in the safety zone during inspection. Person in charge is very knowledgeable about safe food handling procedures. Employee illness policy is in place. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
