5-205.15 (A)/SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Observed the hand sink in the back room has no warm water coming out of the facuet. The cold was is running but no warm water is running in the backroom hand sink.
Provide a water temperature of at least 100 degrees through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Correct By: 22-Jul-2020 Action Taken: Facility has repaired the sink and is capable of providing water with a minimum temperature of 100F.
6-301.11/HANDWASHING CLEANSER, AVAILABILITY
There is no hand soap provided for the back hand washing sink.
Provide hand soap at handwashing sink to facilitate proper handwashing. Correct By: 20-Jul-2020 Action Taken: Facility provided hand soap for the sink.
6-501.111 (C)/CONTROLLING PESTS
Observed pests flying around in the food prep area.
Remove all observed pests in the facility. Correct By: 24-Jul-2020 Action Taken: Area Pest Control comes out on a monthly frequency for pest prevention.
