Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. The facility is well staffed. All food preparation procedures are in compliance with the food code. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout inspection. Proper date marking procedures in place. Proper heating and cooling procedures in place. No violations to report at this time.
