Comments
This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. PIC James is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper reheating was observed on the stove. Proper thawing was observed in WIC. Proper date marking observed throughout the facility. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use was observed. Cooler thermometers, food thermometers, and test strips are available. Employee health policy in effect. Area Pest Control services the facility monthly; no pest activity observed during this inspection.
