This was a routine inspection. The facility was extremely clean and organized. All food was from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Proper heating and holding temperatures were observed. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use while handling ready to eat foods were observed. Sanitizer was proper per manufacturer.
