The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Covid-19 health policy is in place and executed per MDHHS Orders. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All food is manufacturer pre cooked and heated for immediate service, no heating temps obtainable. Food is from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. Observed proper hand washing and utensil use. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used.
