The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. COVID-19 health policy is in place. Facility is extremely clean and well organized. Excellent hygiene practices observed. Employee demonstrated proper cook off temps as well as heating and thawing methods. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All food is from an approved source. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
