The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is clean and well organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Limited menu consists of coffee, muffins and scones. High temperature dishwasher is operating per manufacturer specs. Sanitizer concentration is proper. Observed proper hand washing and utensil use while handling ready to eat foods. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time.
