The following violation(s) have been corrected since the last inspection.
4-602.13/NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES Observed bottom shelf of stand up freezer to be soiled. Thoroughly clean the bottom shelf of stand up freezer. Correct By: 26-Sep-2019 Action Taken: PIC thoroughly cleaned the inside of the stand up freezer.
6-501.111 (C)/CONTROLLING PESTS Observed several flies around the kitchen area. Facility does not have a pest control operator. Eliminate the above noted flying pests. Correct By: 26-Sep-2019 Action Taken: PIC removed all of the above noted pests. Action Taken: The facility was absent of pests or reduced number of pests observed by using approved pest tape.
