5-205.15 (B) / SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Core Item *REPEAT* The drain line for the bar's ice bin by the taps has fallen down into the floor drain, an indirect connection by means of an air break. The highest form of protection, an air GAP, is required here.
Cut off the drain line so that it is completely up out of the floor drain, so that the waste water literally flow thru' the air before it reaches the floor drain. This is to protect the food/ice in the event of a back-up. Correct By: 23-May-2015.

--A HEALTH POLICY REMAINS IN EFFECT.
--THE APPROPRIATE CONSUMER ADVISORY IS POSTED IN THE SNACK BAR.
--THE GLASSWASHER AT THE BAR WAS CHECKED & FOUND TO BE CORRECTLY INJECTING CHLORINE SANITIZER.
--POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS CHECKED WERE FOUND TO BE IN THE TEMPERATURE SAFETY ZONE.
