Autumn was the PIC at an operational routine evaluation conducted today. This is the 1st evaluation after a remodel. One Priority, one Priority Foundation, and three (3) core violations were cited. Post your foodservice license conspicuous to the public. There is a health policy in effect. Overall, the facility was found to be sanitary & orderly, with good practices & procedures known & observed to be in use. Section 6141 of the Food Law requires that the anti-choking technique for children & adults be posted in the kitchen. Post this technique. (handout provided today) |
