Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Food employee observed washing hands in a 3 compartment sink.
Disccontinue using 3 compartment sink for hand washing. Food employees shall wash their hand in a handsink approved for handwashing.
Action Taken: Food employee noted above started using designated hand sink for proper hand washing.

3-304.14 / WIPING CLOTHS AND WORKING CONTAINERS, USE LIMITATION
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Several wiping clothes observed by the cookline not in any kind of sanitizing solution.
Store wiping cloths in container of sanitizer solution when not in use.
Action Taken: PIC prepared sanitizing solution with required ppm and started strong the wiping cloths upon direction in doing so.

4-904.11 / KITCHENWARE AND TABLEWARE
Core Item Corrected During Inspection Observed several servinng spoons being stored with their handles down inside a container next to the cold top RIC.
Store above noted utensils with their handles up to avoid contamination.
Action Taken: PIC rearranged the noted spoons above with thier handles up.
