This establishment is extremely clean and organized. Today's inspection performed during pastie prep and bake day. Proper cooling procedures observed. Pasties are distributed for sale within 2 hours of baking or they are frozen for later sale. Proper hair restraints, food handling techniques and glove use observed. There are no violations to report at this time.
