This is a routine inspection. At this time, all hot and cold holding temperatures are within the safety zone. Proper hand washing, hair restraints, and glove use was observed. Handsinks were only used for handwashing during this inspection. Violation 6-303.11 has been corrected with proper lighting in the WIC. Time is properly used as a control for the tray refrigeration on the prep line. This facility is clean and well maintained. Rose Pest Control services the facility monthly. Food thermometers, cooler thermometers, and test strips are available. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Proper date marking and separation was present throughout the facility. |
