Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for the above mentioned STFU. The unit was found built as specified in the submitted Plan Review/SOP's packet. All equipment was found operating as proposed. If you modify the menu in the future, you shall notify this department immediately and wait for approval. Both of the hand sinks were found properly supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towel properly Check # 1118 for $160.00 for the annual food service license was received by CG today. There are no violations to report at this time. You are approved to operate as the NEW owner of this STFU.
NOTE: You shall have two operational paid inspections on this STFU before April 30, 2023. Two copies of the Intent to Serve documents were left with the owner. |
