3-603.11 / CONSUMER ADVISORY FOR RAW/UNDERCOOKED
Priority Foundation Item Consumer advisory on menu is missing disclosure for burgers that may be served undercooked.
Provide a consumer advisory for animal foods served in a raw or undercooked condition such as burgers. A virtual follow-up shall be conducted no later than 14 days. Correct By: 03-Jan-2024
4-501.114 / MANUAL AND MECHANICAL WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT - SANITIZER NOT BEING USED PER MANUFACTURER
Priority Item Corrected During Inspection The sanitizer concentration for chlorine in the dishwasher was less than 50 ppm.
Use test strips to measure proper chlorine sanitizer concentration and adjust the concentration accordingly.
Action Taken: Sanitizer was switched with another container of chlorine. Sanitizer reading was at 100 ppm.

Comments
This was a routine inspection. Facility is clean and very organized. Food is from an approved food source and observed an approved sanitizer.

A virtual follow-up shall be conducted no later than 14 days for violation 3-603.11.
