THIS FACILITY IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE MICHIGAN FOOD LAW. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. FOOD WORKERS WERE USING GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES. FOOD TEMPERATURES WERE PROPER. NO VIOLATIONS NOTED DURING THIS INSPECTION. THE CFM OF THIS FACILITY IS REQUIRED TO ATTAIN AN ALLERGEN CERTIFICATION.
