This establishment is extremely clean and organized. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during the inspection. Inspection performed during cleanup from lunch. Food is prepared and cooked at middle school, delivered in hot bnoxes, and held hot on the steam table. There are no violations to report at this time.
