| This is a routine inspection. At this time, proper handwashing, hair restraints, and glove use was observed. All hot and cold holding temps were within the safety zone. PIC knowledgeable about proper food procedures. Pasties are prepared at King Arthur's at Ballenger/Flushing and transported to this store every morning. Leftovers are then given to a local mission; none are kept in the facility for longer than 24 hours. Proper date marking observed throughout facility. Pies in display case are kept no longer than 4 days. A log is kept with pastry chef. Test strips available. This facility is extremely clean and well maintained. Orkin services the facility monthly; no pests seen during today's inspection. No violations at this time. |
