Todays inspection was an operational routine inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810-257-3848. Notes: They monitor the employees temperatures before each shift and they utilize masks. All food temperatures were found in the safety zone. Date marking procedures were found in compliance. There have been no menu changes since the last routine inspection. Sanitizer levels were found in compliance. Proper hand washing procedures were observed. The PIC has demonstrated her knowledge of the food code effectively. There are no violations to report at this time. |
