This is a routine inspection for this facility. All hot and cold holding temperatures were outside the danger zone. Proper handwashing, glove use and hair restraints observed during inspection. Proper thawing observed via refrigeration. Proper datemarking system in place. NO VIOLATIONS TO REPORT AT THIS TIME.
