Today is a routine inspection of the facility. The facility is clean and organized. All hot and cold holding temperatures in the safety zone. Proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints observed throughout the inspection. Proper date marking procedures in use. All food being held under time as a public health control were under their 4 hour mark. No violations to report at this time.
