3-302.11 (A)(1)(a & b), (A)(2) / PACKAGED AND UNPACKAGED FOOD - SEPARATION, PACKAGING, AND SEGREGATION
Priority Item Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed cross contamination in the reach in cooler in the main hallway. Twio trays of shelled eggs were found stored above a box of cake and next to a bag of kale and a bag of broccoli.
To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods on the bottom most shelving below and away from the cooked and/or ready to eat foods.
Action Taken: The contents of the cooler were rearranged to separate the shelled eggs from the kale, broccoli, and cake. The kale, broccoli, and cake were moved to upper shelving as required.

6-202.11 / LIGHT BULBS, PROTECTIVE SHIELDING
Core Item Repeat Lights located in the basement are not shatter resistant. Provide light sheilds for the light fixtures in the basement.

Notes: Good hand washing procedures were observed today.
A health policy is in place and is enforced.
Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance.

The owner operator plans to install a walk in cooler. You must complete a remodel application and pay the coordinating fee prior to installation. An remodel application shall be mailed to the owner.
