This was a routine inspection of the facility. The facility was very clean and well organized. The staff was observed using proper hand washing, hair restraints and gloves. All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone. All TCS foods that are not used are discarded at the end of breakfast. This facility is not currently serving any hot foods. There are no violations to report at this time.
