Todays inspection was a pre opening inspection. If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact your Area Sanitarian at 810 257-3603. Notes: A health policy is in place that includes mask and glove use. Proper hand washing was observed. SOP's were reviewed and found in compliance. Credit card payments were received for the change of ownership fee ($400.00; receipt #84353 on 12/10/20) and the food service license fee ($352.50; receipt # 84353 12/20/20). Only one core violation was cited today. Correct the violation as noted in this report. You are approved to operate as the new owner.
