4-501.11/GOOD REPAIR, PROPER ADJUSTMENT, AND OPERATION Observed an ambient air temperature of 60F in the cold table located in the kitchen. Repair cold table so that it shall properly cold hold TCS foods. Correct By: 02-Sep-2022 Action Taken: Cold table has been repaired and is properly cold holding.
