Todays inspection was a pre-opening inspection for the remodel that occurred at this food service establishment. The new drawer RIC was found maintaining a temperature of less that 41 degrees. The rest room motion sensor hand sinks maintain flow for 15 seconds. The rest room received cosmetic updates (same for same). Air gaps have been provided on the new slush machine and the automated beverage machine. You are approved to operate the new equipment as submitted in the remodel application.
