Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Observed TCS foods (taco meat and cheese sauce) being immediately placed in warm wells after being taken from cooler. Temperature of wells was between 135 to 140 degrees.
Reheat TCS foods to 165 degrees before holding in wells at 135 degrees.
Action Taken: Employee reheated TCS foods to 165 degrees. Correct By: 25-Jan-2019
