The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility. Facility is clean and organized. All holding temperatures were in the safety zone at the time of inspection. All foods are RTE and no raw cook off temperatures or re-heat for hot holding temperatures obtainable during inspection. All foods are from an approved source and stored to prevent contamination. TCS food contact surfaces are cleaned at proper frequency per 2009 Michigan Food Code. Observed proper hand washing, glove use and hair restraints. Proper date marking observed.
