Manager unaware sanitizer bottle was empty. Inspector tested sanitizer levels and it indicated 0ppm. Clean and sanitized all utensils and equipment before contact with food. Action Taken: Facility will utilize 3-comp sink for manual sanitization of dishes cleaned in the dishwasher.
