Todays visit is to conduct a routine inspection of this food service establishment. There have been no procedural changes at this establishment. Notes: Cooling and reheating procedures were found in compliance. Date Marking procedures were found in compliance. Proper glove use and hand washing were observed during this visit. Proper hair restraints were is use. There are no violations to report at this time.
