Priority Item Corrected During Inspection Employee observed not washing hands before donning new gloves and working on the line after handling money at the cash register.
Before working with food, clean equipment, utensils, and single use or single service articles food employees shall properly wash their hands.
Action Taken: Employee properly washed hands when instructed to do so.

Comments
The purpose of todays visit was to conduct a routine inspection of the facility.

Facility is extremely clean and well organized.
Food slicer is being properly washed, rinsed and sanitized after every use.
All cold holding temperatures were in the safety zone during todays inspection.

1 Priority violation was cited and corrected during inspection.

There is no need for a follow up at this time.
