This is a pre-opening inspection due to temporary closure of the facility. Facility is re-opening under the new name of Grand Blanc Tap Bar and Grill. No specialized food processes being done at this facility. No change to existing food menu and processes. Certified Food Manager on file. All equipment is operating in the safety zone. Dish machine is working per manufacturer specifications. All hand sinks are stocked with signage, soap, toweling, refuse can and 100F water supply. Facility is clean and well organized. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time. This facility is approved to re-open and operate to the public.
