This was a routine inspection. Facility is very clean and very organized. PIC is knowledgeable duties. Observed an approved sanitizer and an approved food source. Facility utilizes kitchen a few times a month for either taco Mondays or Burgers on Wednesdays per PIC. No violations were cited at this time.
