Repair above noted dish machine. In the mean while set up three compartment sanitize food equipment surfaces. Correct By: 19-Jul-2018
5-205.11 / USING A HANDWASHING SINK
Priority Foundation Item Corrected During Inspection Handsink had a sanitizer bucket in front of it and is unavailable for proper handwashing.
Train food employees that handwashing sinks shall not be used for any other purpose than handwashing.
Action Taken: Remove sanitizer bucket from front of the handwashing sink and make it available for employees to use at all times.

5-205.15 (B) / SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
