A flat of shelled eggs were found stored above salsa, sour cream, and a balsamic glaze. To prevent cross contamination, store raw foods on the bottom most shelving below and away from cooked and ready to eat foods. Action Taken: The eggs were moved to the bottom shelving away from the cooked and ready to eat foods.  |
