This is a change of ownership inspection for V's Drive Tru. Menu is same as existing. No changes to staff or management. No Changes to prior equipment. All holding temperatures found to be in the safety zone at the time of inspection. Observed proper hand washing and glove use while handling ready to eat foods. Employee demonstrated proper heating temperatures. Sanitizer is EPA approved and proper concentration per manufacturer is being used. Payment of 720.00 for annual food license fee paid cash on 5/8/2023. Receipt #1996 The next scheduled inspection shall occur at the normal 6 month increment. There are no violations to cite and no follow up is required at this time. This facility is approved to operate under the new ownership.
