Priority Item Corrected During Inspection THREE BAGS OF SLOPPY JOES AND BAKED BEANS LABELED AS BLONGING TO THE SOFTBALL LEAGUE, AND A ONE GALLON CARTON OF POTATO SALAD WITH A USE BY DATE OF 7-7-14 WERE FOUND IN THE TRUE 2-DOOR UPRIGHT COOLER. THE FIRST ITEMS HAD NO DATE MARK ON THEM, THE SECOND WAS PAST ITS DATE OF EXPIRATION.
ALL READY-TO-EAT, POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS SHALL BE MARKED WITH THE DATE OF DISPOSITION (CONSUMED OR DISCARDED) AND SHALL BE DISCARDED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THAT DATE. IF NOT GIVEN A PROPER DATE, THE FOOD SHALL BE DISCARDED.
Action Taken: CORRECTED: ALL THE FOODS LISTED ABOVE WERE DISCARDED DURING THIS INSPECTION. THE DATE OF DISPOSITION SHALL BE ONE DAY FOR THE DAY OF PREPARATION/OPENING THE PACKAGE, PLUS SIX DAYS UNDER REFRIGERATION. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. FOOD WORKERS WERE USING GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES. FOOD TEMPERATURES WERE PROPER.

ONE PRIOIRTY VIOLATION WAS CITED AND CORRECTED DURING THIS INSPECTION.
